The MCESC network is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the image and representation of Hispanics and Latinos within the advertising and media industries. We are founded on the values of loyalty, honesty, and inclusion. We welcome curious minds into our culture and invite them to experience it first hand.
We believe to fully understand and respect one’s culture, we as a group must do our part to welcome all into our culture. Our goal is to share our culture to all who want to experience it. We aim to respect our differences and highlight the true meaning of an inclusive group.

MCESC was developed on the idea to drive away from stereotypical depictions to help agencies provide more culturally relevant integration for their multicultural marketing.
Led by seven strong, intellectual and passionate Latinos and Hispanics, the Mi Casa Es Su Casa Network was created by a new generation of advertising professionals who aim to change the perception of a group who has been looked over with a sense of tolerance.
Above all we are individuals who believe in the importance of diversity & inclusion and aim to not only better represent our culture but the cultures of our all our amigos.
